Roadmap

Through our interviews and direct collaboration on key projects, we identified the common motifs to create Element Miniscope. Major features include:

• Ingestion of data acquired with the UCLA Miniscope DAQ acquisition system
• Ingestion of data processed with CaImAn
• Image processing with CaImAn
  • Motion correction
  • Cell segmentation
  • Fluorescence trace extraction
  • Spike inference
  • Cell classification
• Store curations of the processed results
• Example data
• Pytests for quality assurance
• Quality metrics
• Data export to NWB
• Data publishing to DANDI

Further development of this Element is community driven. Upon user requests and based on guidance from the Scientific Steering Group we will continue adding features to this Element.
